After she was laid off from her job as an editor during the pandemic, she decided it was time to leave the work world behind and pursue living in her head full time. Kryssa loves to write stories centered on women who get out of their comfort zone in some way. She loves to take her characters on adventures to places they haven’t been before, and stick them in situations where they might learn something new about themselves. She also loves to make sure they eat a lot of pastry and treats while they’re at it.

Kryssa lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband and daughter. When she is not writing, she is probably in her garden or in the kitchen trying out a new recipe.
